This softly effervescent wine bubbles like the butterflies of a first time summer love. Tryst is our very first sparkling blanc de noir and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you. This sparkling wine was crafted method champenoise and produced only 45 cases. For a limited time only we will be pouring Tryst for you. Join us Thursday thru Sunday at our downtown Dundee tasting room - located on the first floor of the Dundee Hotel or call to schedule an appointment to have a private winery tasting to learn more about the labor of love that went into our first Blanc de Noir.
